Good morning, I would like to ask you whether the Herbal Mouthwash can eliminate the already created dental tartar, or whether it must be mechanically removed to make the treatment successful. Thank you. Peter
Good morning,
unfortunately, the Herbal Mouthwash does not eliminate the already created dental tartar. It must be removed mechanically by the dentist. The Herbal Mouthwash can, on the other hand, prevent the buildup of the tartar. MUDr. Jiří Landa
Good morning, doctor, I would like to ask a question. A week ago I started noticing a moderate bleeding from the gum, but since I am too afraid to see the dentist, I bought some mouthwashes and began a self-treatment. Today it seemed to me that I pushed some pus out of the gum when I pressed it, but I am not sure – it was shortly after meal. The teeth are not loosening yet. Is there any chance that I might cure myself if I used your Mouthwash without having to see my dentist?? Thank you for your answer. Miloš
Good morning, I am afraid you will have to see your dentist, because the diagnosis must be determined exactly. The doctor must determine whether you have an inflammatory disease of the gums. It is also necessary that your contingent allergy to herbal essences or propolis is excluded. In any case, the Herbal Mouthwash will help you get rid of the gums inflammation problems. MUDr. Jiří Landa
Good morning, doctor, I have a big problem, I am 18 years old and I am afraid I have periodontitis: my gums are swollen and bleeding. Could you please tell me whether my teeth can still be saved – I cannot imagine living with dentures at my age. Thank you for your advice. Best regards, Thomas
In the first place it is necessary that you see your dentist to have your specific diagnosis determined. If the diagnosis verifies your suspicion, it is possible that you save your teeth by using the Dr. Landa's Herbal Wash. MUDr. Jiří Landa
Good morning, I have ordered your Mouthwash, and I only want to ask you if there is any way how to determine allergy to propolis?? Thank you. Luděk
Allergy to propolis can be determined through special tests performed by your allergist. Another possibility is only informative. Apply a little of the Mouthwash Solution No. 2 that contains propolis to the inner side of your wrist or forearm. Wait for at least thirty minutes to see whether a reaction occurs /reddening, itching/. MUDr. Jiří Landa
Good morning, doctor, during pregnancy my periodontitis, which was then in the initial stage, got considerably worse. My dentist sent me to a professional, and I have been seeing her for over a year now. Unfortunately, she could not use any radical solution to my problem due to the pregnancy and now due to breastfeeding (I have a 7 month old son). She performed the dental pocket cleaning of about 20 teeth, I attend hygiene check-ups once every 3 months, use several toothbrushes and rinse the mouth with mouthwash and massage the gums with a gel. Doctors say that it is all I can do during breastfeeding. In some teeth the problem was eliminated due to the pocket cleaning and proper hygiene; in some, on the other hand, the problem lasts, the teeth ulcerate and 3 teeth are already loosening. I have decided to wean my son so that I could start taking antibiotics. At the end of July I will undergo another surgery, another cleaning, and part of the treatment should be taking two antibiotics simultaneously. I am really at a loss: I am 28 years old and the idea of losing my teeth really scares me. I became very interested in your preparation, and I would like to ask you whether I can use it during breastfeeding and whether I should start using it now, whether there is sense to it or whether I should start applying it along with the antibiotics, and if I start using it now, how should I dose it. Thank you in advance for your answer and good bye. Gabriela
I would recommend that you order and buy 1 pack of the Mouthwash and try it to find out how you tolerate it. Thus you will exclude oversensitivity and allergic reaction to herbal extracts and propolis extracts. Suffice to use 3 times a day until you notice positive effects on your gums. When taking antibiotics /ATB/, rinse your mouth 5 times a day. After you stop taking ATB, a maintaining dose will do, i. e. 2 times a day over a period of three months, later on once a day, and eventually every other day. A significant feature of the Mouthwash is that it increases the effect of ATB. I will be very glad if you inform me of your results. MUDr. Jiří Landa
Dear doctor,
after application of your Mouthwash my teeth slightly colored up. I would like to ask you whether it is not permanent and how I can remove the coloring. František B.
The tooth coloring is only a temporary phenomenon. It is just a natural pigment contained in some herbs. You can remove the coloring by using a toothpaste with whitening effects or a teeth whitening powder. Alternatively, you can put a little baking soda on the toothbrush with the toothpaste. MUDr. Jiří Landa
I would like to ask you one question.
My dental necks started receding. The gums are pale and not bleeding. Is it the initial stage of periodontitis? Thank you in advance for your answer.
Receding necks are caused by the dental plaque. It is an initial symptom showing that gingivitis, followed by periodontitis, may occur after some time. This time is, however, different for individual patients. Furthermore, the process may be stopped completely. The Mouthwash is also an excellent prevention against gums oral inflammations.
I would like to ask you whether the Mouthwash can be used by women during pregnancy.
The mouthwash can be used during pregnancy. The only limitation can be allergy to propolis or to herbs. At the beginning, use the Mouthwash watered down, because it contains alcohol.
Doctor, I would like to ask you whether using your Mouthwash can influence (reduce) the effect of Cilest.
The Mouthwash cannot in any case influence the effect of Cilest. It is a cosmetic product, which is not used internally. You can be assured.
Good morning, doctor,
Let me express my thanks to you. After three weeks of using your two-component Mouthwash I was relieved of the pain, and the gingivitis as well as the teeth loosening is being eliminated. I just do not know whether the Mouthwash is only used for the treatment, or whether I can use it for normal everyday hygiene after elimination of the problems. I have not found such information on your website. I will be grateful if you reply. In the meantime, I have ordered one more pack.
Thank you very much once again and I wish you have a nice day. Monika K.
I am very glad that the Mouthwash has helped you get rid of your problems. The Mouthwash can be used for the daily oral hygiene. In such case it works very well as prevention. For preventive purposes, it can be used every other day, or twice a week.
Dear doctor, I have very severe periodontitis, I am to have about 7 teeth extracted in my lower jaw.
All my teeth are loosening. The teeth are pushing out, I have receding gums, I suffer from frequent inflammations. I am 38 years old and I cannot imagine that I could live without my teeth. Please write to me if your Herbal Mouthwash could help me – if so, why don't the dentists offer it? Thank you. Hana F.
The tooth extraction can be postponed. Try the combination of the Mouthwash with antibiotics. You will find more information on this website.
Good morning, doctor, I would like to ask you whether I can use your Mouthwash if I have some newly made bridges. I am afraid that I might color them permanently. Thank you for your answer. Karla K.
My experience with newly made bridges is that patients who used the Mouthwash and after 15 minutes brushed their teeth with a whitening toothpaste, did not have any coloring thereafter. 15-20 minutes are enough for a good effect of the Mouthwash.
Good morning, doctor. My mother has been suffering from periodontitis for a long time, antibiotics have always helped until now, but now the pain occurred again, the tooth is pushed out and the gum has "parted". Can such state be still reversed at the age of 65? It is the lower tooth No. 1. Thank you for your answer.
Of course we can try to reverse the state. The ideal solution is simultaneous application of antibiotics and use of the Mouthwash. Use the Mouthwash at least 5 times a day. When the cure is finished, you should continue using the Mouthwash in maintaining doses 3 times a day and then as prevention in the long term, so as to prevent a contingent relapse.
Good morning, I would like to ask you whether the Mouthwash can be used by people who are treated with epilepsy and use medicine everyday which must not be used together with alcohol. Thank you for your answer. Monika
The Mouthwash is used only for rinsing the mouth. It is not swallowed. Therefore its use should not be a problem even in such cases. It will be enough if you rinse your mouth with clean water 15 minutes after using the Mouthwash.
Good morning, doctor,
I have undergone several periodontal surgeries. One of their consequences is the gingival atrophy. Could your Mouthwash help me renew the bone and strengthen the gums? Thank you for your answer. Marta N.
If you use our Mouthwash regularly, the bone recession and the dental neck exposure will stop altogether.
Good morning,
I would like to consult the following problem with you: I am suffering from white spots on my teeth, and during the past years I have had caries only on the dental necks. I have tried several toothpastes and mouthwashes, but with no effect.
My dentist says that he cannot help me, since my tooth enamel is too weak. Thank you. Petra Š.
Our clients who use the Mouthwash regularly state that they have noticed, among other effects, a reduced buildup of dental tartar and caries. This is caused by a change in the bacterial population in the oral cavity due to using our Mouthwash. If the bacterial population in the oral cavity changes there is a real chance that the tooth enamel will become better quality, too.
Good morning, doctor, I have problems with my gums. I often have inflammations and something like small blisters sometimes occurs on my gums. Now and then the gums bleed when brushing the teeth. Are these the symptoms of periodontitis and could your Mouthwash eliminate the problem? Thank you for your answer. Jana P.
From the symptoms which you describe it seems that you most probably have the so-called periodontitis. If you do not have allergy to herbal and propolis extracts, I can recommend the Herbal Mouthwash to you. In case of severe inflammation the Mouthwash can be combined with antibiotics, as the Mouthwash boosts their effect.
Good morning, I have a newly made dental bridge – in the upper jaw it is the whole "arch", in the lower jaw it is from tooth No. 8 to tooth No. 2. I am 38 years old and I would like the bridge to last as long as possible. Is the Mouthwash suitable for me? Would the Mouthwash cause coloring of the bridge? Thank you very much for your answer. Karla K.
If you do not have allergy to herbal and propolis extracts, the Mouthwash is very good for you, because it eliminates the loosening of teeth. I recommend that you brush your teeth with a whitening toothpaste after rinsing the mouth with the Mouthwash: this will remove the natural pigments. We have had good experience with the Pearl drops toothpaste.
Good morning, I would like to ask you whether I can use your Mouthwash if I have allergy to some plants (camomile, aloe vera, balm etc.) I am not sure about propolis. Thank you for your answer. Have a nice day. Vendulka Z.
I am afraid I cannot give you any specific answer. I can recommend that you visit an allergist, who will detect the contingent allergy to propolis by tests. Alternatively, you might try to make an informative and tentative test with the Mouthwash. Apply the Mouthwash to the inner side of your wrist and forearm. Wait for at least 30 minutes to see whether a reaction occurs (reddening, itching).
Good morning,
Could you please tell me whether the Mouthwash can also be applied during pregnancy and breastfeeding? If a simultaneous ATB treatment is used, how long does it last and which ATB is it performed with?
With kind regards Jitka S.
The mouthwash can be used during pregnancy. The only limitation can be allergy to propolis extracts or to herbal extracts. At the beginning, use the Mouthwash watered down, because it contains alcohol. Concerning antibiotics, you must discuss the choice of antibiotics which would be suitable for you during breastfeeding with your gynaecologist or obstetrician. A standard treatment with antibiotics lasts for 2 weeks.
Good morning, I am 31 years old and I have periodontitis genetically after my parents. In 2004 I underwent a periodontal surgery, which I can hardly describe. At that time one dental neck was exposed, which according to my dentist was irreversible, and it was caused by my improper brushing of the tooth; the periodontal surgery was probably meant to mitigate the signs of periodontitis. I underwent the surgery in January 2004, and then I moved abroad where I have lived and worked till this day. When I get home, which is approximately 2 times a year, I go and see my dentist; unfortunately, I could not go for a check-up to the periodontist's office due to long booking periods. Since my first visit to the office, I have been using interdental brushes and have changed the toothbrushing technique; still, during the last couple of months I have felt that the condition of my teeth has worsened markedly: many new exposed dental necks occurred, and I became really scared when I read that the dental neck exposure is the last stage before losing the teeth. Could you please tell me how I can fight periodontitis at this stage – can I still try gum massages and irrigations which I have just read about? Thank you very much for your answer. Alice R.
If you do not have allergy to herbal extracts and to propolis extracts, you can try the Mouthwash. Besides irrigating your mouth according to the user instructions – I would recommend that you start with watered-down Mouthwash – you can also try massaging your gums with the toothbrush immersed into Mouthwash Solution No. 1 and then into No. 2. If the state of your gums improves after using the Mouthwash, you can also combine it with antibiotics.
